We deliver structured training aligned with England Netball principles, giving athletes the opportunity to progress and, where appropriate, move into the national pathway.

Our performance squads compete at both regional and county level, ensuring players are exposed to a high standard of competition and regular play.

Alongside our performance teams, we also support a strong development programme. This provides a clear pathway for emerging players to build skills, confidence, and game understanding, with the aim of progressing into our performance squads over time.
